We recommend that franchisees choose an in-line site in a shopping center with a strong grocery store as anchor. The area should have at least 40 parking spaces available during peak lunch and dinner periods.

Real estate costs vary by market and are therefore undeterminable in advance. Our Real Estate Manager and network of brokers will assist you in the process of site selection through lease negotiation to ensure you secure the best possible site.

Construction & Design

Our construction and design department works with a network of suppliers who know the Beef’s system to provide you with the most cost-efficient price structure possible. Construction costs vary by market and by the type of building you have chosen. Typical construction costs include:
